Default Co-operative bank no good for stealth

I remember reading on this forum a list of good banks to work with for stealth accounts.

I just want to mention that the Co-operative bank in the UK are no longer any good.

I went with them because of the lack of fees, however, it seems that everytime I try to transfer money to my bank now, it doesn't work and nothing else appears to be wrong.

What kind of Co-op account are you using? I use co-op basic saver accounts and they all still work fine

Co-Op is rock solid, absolutely no issues for stealth.

I would suggest your problem lies elsewhere.

The accounts is months old now and worked fine up to date. It is a current account.

I didn't screw up deposits etc. I will try again with it a few days from now.. I will look for a better bank anyway..

Try contacting the bank to see if the account is actually 'active', or if there are any blocks of any kind.

And your pp account is verified with it? Possibly the account is dormant? Has 6 months passed by without activity? Just tossing out options to consider.

What exactly happened? Maybe if you give some more info we can pinpoint issues.

Just used this bank for new planting. Nothing adverse yet.
