Default My PayPal accounts keep getting limited - help!

Hello all, I am in need of some help.

Every time I set up a Paypal account, it immediately gets limited. I've cleaned my cookies, renewed IP addresses, tried AOL, removed flash cookies (I even removed flash altogether and reinstalled it), setup new user account on system. Nothing seems to work.

I would personally PM well-known people on this forum but I think that by posting this in public, I don't get hated for PM spam. Here's what I'm offering to anyone on this forum:

I will pay you to setup a Paypal account for me. Not an eBay account, but a Paypal account. All of the Paypal account details will be supplied by me. After the sign up, skip the email verification (I will do that), and add the bank account information I give you (I'll verify the two deposits). Basically all you will have to do is clear cookies, get on AOL (to mask your IP address), copy and paste, and you will get paid for it - it takes only five minutes to do this. I'm sure we can all spend five minutes of our time to earn some cash.

If you are interested, please PM me with your requested price (we will have to negotiate it).

Renewed IP and using AOL? Or just using AOL?

What bank are you using for Paypal?

And how are you setting up your account?

I've renewed IP and used AOL. Wachovia sub accounts were used.

I first create a new user account on my computer. Then I change IP and log on to the account. I run CCleaner making sure that all application data is wiped. I then fire up AOL and make two new GMail accounts for Paypal sweep.

Has the bank account been used previously for paypal? Not trying to be silly as I wonder why you have this problem.

So without AOl you have a new IP address? Why not just use that then? Paypal may not like the proxy IP.

The bank account has never been used before. I've tried both - with AOL mask and without.
