Anyone using tossabledigits for the phone verifications?

I did, and it appeared to be working fine, but every time I tried to do the phone verification to sell on ebay it doesn't go through. So, I just now logged into my tossabledigits acct and I can see that the calls from ebay all have the same status...."Rejected - Blacklisted"
WTH does that mean? I mean, obviously rejected and blacklisted do not sound like good thing, iykwim?

Tossabledigits blacklisted ebay/paypal because of too much fraud. The badies ruined it for
us goodies. Under Phone Verification, there is a thread about this.
