Will they link paypal to my limited ebay?

I was discussing with my girlfriend the idea of creating an ebay and paypal account with all her info to use as a stealth account to replace my restricted eBay account. She already had a paypal account which she hadn't used in a long time. She was able to login to it, however she went ahead (without consulting me about the specifics) and updated her current address, which is also my address, in which the restricted eBay account is listed as.

So can she simply change the address on the paypal account since it isn't the address she used to open the paypal account or are we screwed and will they link it to my eBay restricted account?

From what i know. It is the archives now..... why not just create a new one regardles.... and just put a diferent address....

Agree with starting fresh - updating the address does not make it simply linkfree
