I am receiving this error when I am open a paypal transaction details and resolution center
Provide information about your account. Click to Resolve or Check Status, i am going to resolution center and nothing there, only another error Provide information about your account. Why?.

What can I do while my account is limited?

send money
withdraw money from your account
receive or request money
update your account information
add money to your account
add or remove a card
add or remove a bank account
send refunds
use PayPal logos in your auction listings or on your website

What can't I do while my account is limited?

Contact paypal and ask them, they will be able to help, but it seems like you can do everything you would be able to do normally.

How old is this account?

So what can you not do? Close the account? Also what country is the PayPal based in?

If everything is working normally, then do NOT contact PayPal. They maybe wanted to limit your account but did something wrong and therefor you still have access to all the options. Take your money out before if you want to contact them at all. I wouldn't.

That usually happens to me when sending in docs to get the receiving limit removed here in the UK. It should disappear once PayPal have reviewed and accepted them.

Since you already sent in the papers....while I am of the same opinion of imjustme meaning that you should not call PP...you might have to call PP up and explain that all papers have been sent, no steps to follow in limitation, please remove limitation, etc.
