Limitaitons and transactions placed on hold?

So recently when I dont answer the phone call my sent payments get placed on hold. If I were to answer would my sent payments not get placed on hold?

The only ones who know for 100% is PP. That being said, if you want to call them and find out, be my guest....I doubt it`s that simple that if you answered, your payments would not be placed on hold.
