I never kept a tally on how many transactions exactly each account has. So im kind of lost where my accounts stand with the 200/item limit. I know im no where near 20k but im getting close to the 200 item mark. I recently found that if you go to seller account or seller dashboard in the middle box in the upper right hand corner it says "transactions". Now i thought i could use that for all of my accounts. Seems pretty simple you just go there and check everyday to see how many transactions you had. But.... its been 4 days and i've sold over 10 items and transaction number has not changed. I don't know if it doesn't work or maybe it takes weeks to upload??? Who knows....
Just wondering which way you guys do it. Keeping a tally mark or counting your transactions in pp every now and then seems like a pain.

Use paypal reports. They are accurate. you have to add the shipping on as well for that 20k. I checked one back when I was starting to get close to 20k and realized that nearly 4k was just shipping that I didnt figure. Plus the side sales added up to almost $3,500. I thought I was at like 18k and was well over it.

Is this something i have to sign up for? I have seen eb*y reports but never saw pp reports.
