PayPal and EB acc, Banned, help with funds!?

Hi guys,
I sort of cocked up, my 1900 limit on pp was approaching and i had 5 things listed at this time, each one sold for around 500quid. So then my paypal got limited with over 3 grand in it. I sent in the docs and all was ok (limits lifted), i then sent 1500 to a diff paypal account, and went to send another 1000 to a different acc. The first 1500 went through but as i sent the second one, it got immediately limited. Very stupid thing of me to do looking back...

I phoned them etc, i now have received a message saying im banned (no appeal etc), have to wait 180days for funds. Only have 1800 in that account now...

MY question is, I have items i have sold and received payment but have not yet sent, im not going to send them, as they could easily open up a case and i could lose both product and my money?, so i will wait until they get a refund from my balance.. (plus i cant even login to my ebay and see what i sold to who..)

I have also sent goods, that customers could now open cases up and get refunds (just hope the customers arnt horrible)

I owe ebay 350euro in fees, but the automatic payment has failed, and i think its not setup. I dont think i should be paying the fees, as a) half the things i sold will be refunded, and i literally done nothing wrong, its my money all i did was send it to someone....

It is a stealth acc, with all stealth info and no bank attatched to it (used to have a bank but i closed the bank a while back)....

To get my money out i have to add a bank after 180days? would they not trace me through this new bank to my real info to make me pay the fees back? or would they not bother? maybe i could say the funds were sent to this account as this person was owed money...?

Sorry for the long post but i need as much help as i can get please

They will take the fees from the balance they are holding for the 180 days, u may lose out and not be able to get your funds but ebay does whatever they want and will get paid

hi, ye maybe they will, but if the automatic payment isnt set up and its already over due, i dont think they can? can i get away with it?

I would bet that they take their funds I hope I'm wrong but if you owe money and tgeir are funds in ur Paypal account I'm almost 100% certain ebay will take what's owed

And if they are not able to get it while there's a hold they will be first to get afterwards

ok, thanks, i just phoned paypal and explained that their a joke etc... the woman was fairly helpful and actually said she will appeal the case, although in the email it said decision is final.... what do you reckon?

Thier definitely are cases that result in accounts being reinstated mines released before 180 days but very few and far between. In my experience on my first account before stealth they actually said I was a great seller but the decision was final and that was that, they actually told me I was a great seller Nf because of this I was still allowed to buy but never sell again , what a joke!!!

I wouldn't read too much into what the people over a PP say down the phone, in reality they are actually very unhelpful and rarely do anything they say they will.

eB can NOT take fees from a limited pp - you must make payment with cc.

This sounds really messy josh - back and forth sending between pp's - you are asking for trouble

Unlikely I would agree but 1-2 here and there add up...lifetime is quite long to just ensure you do 1-2 transfers

I dont take their verbal talk to have much relevance - dont expect much
