Default paypal holding payment, but debited the funds from my account
so, i made a payment to a company and the payment was taken from my account, however the payment is on hold. Can i cancel it.

If payment has gone through but it being held by PP, you can only cancel with a call in. E-mailing takes too long. Calling in has its risks though - did the seller tell you it's on hold? Or is your account limited?
