Using vcc after paypal limited

if you no longer have a PP cause its perm closed, can you still buy on ebay with another VISA or MC debit with the same name and billing address? can ebay stop your purchase from happening if you no longer have a paypal account or the paypal account is limited or perm blocked? thx.

You would soon find your EB also suspended if you paid though a different PP with all the same info. If you paid though skrill or other methods, your account should be fine.

You will have more of an issue finding a seller that does not take paypal.

If that ebay has a limited paypal attached, no new paypal can go near it.

Checkout as a guest and use a card not connected to a pp and you will be fine

Bear in mind that paypal does limit guest checkouts too.
