Paypal account limited thru 1 complaint

Hi.

looking for some help.

one of my pp accounts got limited - i sold a customer an office product and he wasn't happy.

paypal stated to refund the buyer and all will be restored. i did this straight away but it's still limited - over 3 months now.

any help on what to do would be appreciated.

im wondering if i add another card or bank account they may release the funds at least

Could you give more info about this paypal account?

I know in your first post you said you also had problems with ebay listings being removed.

3 months is a long time to have taken no action. Please give more details about what happened and describe your paypal account.

Could this office product be seen as high risk or potentially counterfeit OP? PP will kill your account if they suspect you have low quality product especially counterfeit or branded knockoffs...
