Credit Card Verification for Canada

In the US, I was fortunate to have access to Simon gift cards, so verification was no problem for my stealth accounts.

Now I'm in Canada and I haven't found a resource for gift cards that will work with ebay and paypal.

I need one with AVS (the address of my choosing). Simon GCs offered that option.

Anyone in Canada or have Canada knowledge where I can get access to this? Thank you.

Check with the sellers on the forum, unfortunately, Canada sucks with that. Getting a VBA will even be a nightmare.

Any suggestions/recommendations? I've PM'd almost all of the VCC sellers on this forum already with no real success.

Bank account is no problem, the issue is that I'm here for 6 months and they will not issue to me a credit card and my debit card is invalid because it doesn't support VISA, it's a "VISA DEBIT". Annoyed.

Point me in any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Canada has limited options - for Canadian account, you want a credit card that will work with AVS to confirm the account?

RBC has a wonderful Gift card - one example - fee is 3.95, minimum load is 25 - all Canadian dollars

RSOT, thanks for the info! I actually figured that out and got an RBC Visa prepaid today. I just registered successfully and was rushing here to spread the news.

So, problem solved.

Did you get it in the States? Or...ordered via someone? Just wondering if it's easy to get in States?

@sunsine, no you dont SIN code to register it but to get it at bank, you will have to show some ID but it isnt shared /confirmed
