Default Logging ip excel in drop box.....how to see on all user names

So I have that cool excel spread sheet that lights up green or red letting me know about the ip I just logged. My plan was to store the file in drop box so I can access it from all my user accounts.

It worked at first however the file doesn't save correctly between users and sometimes creates a second doc instead or I realized I was adding ip in different versions of the Doc which didn't have all ip logged so it was dangerous. Something about the drop box upload time. I haven't figured out why it creates duplicates of the spreadsheet and messes me up.

Does anyone know a way to be able to access this file on all the different user accounts?

You could also save it on a flashdrive, create a link to the file on each user account, this way you can edit the file and save to the same file across multiple user accounts. Also, this way you use the file on the go with a laptop.

Glad to see its being used

I just use a USB stick. Save it on that and can take it anywhere and use it easily between different laptops and desktops. I also have a wireless hard drive that all my data is backed upto, as well as hard print out copies of the the IP's (just incase). I also email the excel sheet to my main email account once a day. Never too safe

Save the file in your 'public' folder.

Easily accessable from each user account and saves/updates on all accounts.

Put the file on a USB stick and use it for each account.

Or a floppy disk if your computer still has that

Yes flash drive USB is easy - or put the file on a file hosting website which you can access from all accounts.
