TD bank is good for that. Even if you're in the chexsystem

Many banks offer this and some do not even check your credit.
Google bad credit checking account etc.
Fees are high but Account Now I believe might help you.

Try Woodforest. They are a second chance bank and don't care about ChexSystems. Also, their fees, while high, are not obnoxious.

Woodforest, TD, AccountNow should be OK for you.
I got an assoicate to try these three for stealth purposes. He is powering now.

Ing Direct-Capital 1 works, if you have family or are a vet in the military, Navy federal credit union or USAA bank both work with bad credit. US Bank was a 2nd chance Saving and Checking bank accounts.

Yes it is in the Chex system but still have some info about ppl with sad credit getting Hsbc...

Problem with HSBC is they are likely to mark a file .
