Shipping labels created in paypal same horror story as paying ebay fees?

Ok, I heard that paying your fees through paypal has some horror stories to it, such as the sticky thread started by Here We Go Again. What about printing shipping labels in paypal? Is that a problem too? It's so much cheaper and you don't have to take so many extra steps just to print a simple shipping label.

Shipping labels are fine - good way to use your PP money - make sure funds are cleared

Funds need to be cleared in the first place to use paypal for labels unless the account is set up correctly.

On US Accounts if you have a CC attached you able to opt to get the postage.

Then you pay later when funds are released
