Quick question on: For your next evaluation on 20 Oct, 2013

I had over 400 transactions per 3 months:
So, For my next evaluation on 20 Oct, 2013

Does it count low DSRs from:

A) July Aug Sept

Or

B) Aug Sept until 20th OCT

Could someone please give me a quick advise?

PS, my Daily performance is not updating since 15th OCT.

Anyone had the same problem?
