Default Is it the weather?

2 neutrals received today... for nothing much it seems.

Already 'got rid' of 1 negative and 1 neutral this week by communicating with the buyer and basically refunding / replacing at their choice.

What's going on?

I hope eBay do something useful for sellers soon, the report button seems a tad useless.

99.9% slipping away gradually it seems, even though I've not changed a thing in 3yrs of selling.

Why did you receive a neutral? What problem have you identified? There is some kind of problem with your buyers' feelings...

Dissatisfaction with an item or shipping or quality doesnt automatically make them a twit...unless the neutral is for nonsense, then I would agree - but I dont know the details /shrug

It will get worse as we head in to peak selling season and buyers are looking to do their Xmas shopping for free.

Should call it Xmas shop lifting! They can steal to their hearts content from e/b sellers without fear of getting a criminal record

Rsot, you should know my attitude by now.. Trust me, it's nothing I'm doing wrong. I'm not perfect, I make mistakes and I fix them, this is different.. Scammers, you should know this.

Noneother, nail and head spring to mind. It definitely ramped up in the last month, trying not to let it get to me, but it's so blatant and eBay do nothing.. Arghh..

Some buyers you just have to bend over backwards for to make sure that they feel like the demi gods they are sure that they are. Its all part of the fun of selling on eBay. Luckily its a small % generally.
