HOW TO use an ebay stealth account on my old laptop

How can I use my new stealth account on my old laptop I have used with other ebay accounts?I mean how can I delete the cookies and remove all traces so ebay doesnt match it with my old accounts

Create a new Windows user account on your laptop.

It will have new cookies and no trace of your old account.

If you run multiple accounts, have a separate Windows user accounts for each. There is no need to clear cookies that way either.
