Stealth accounts have tax requests

I just got hit with this Tax ID request on 1 of my 5 stealth accounts as well. For some reason my sales really picked up this past month, however it's so early in the year I feel like I need to hike up my prices to slow down the sales or else I might be projected to hit that 200/20k as well. So the actual limiting of PayPal only happens if you get way too close to that mark right? Or if you surpass it.

Am I correct in assuming that the TAX ID request will still be on that PayPal account, except you are able to sell back up to 18k or 18.5k again? Thereby never providing the TAX ID and always staying aloft of PayPal limitation?

Something weird happened today on this same PayPal account that needs the TAX ID request. A customer messaged me saying that when they try to checkout via PayPal they get the following:

"RandomEbayer's
PayPal account is unable to accept your payment at this time."

EDIT: Never mind I guess after a little while of ignoring the request to upload a TAX ID PayPal stops letting you accept payments. Well on to one of the other 4 accounts I have... It's probably about time I start making a couple more accounts to have aging.

Moving forward, change your operations so you aren't hit with TAX ID request.
