Canceling a transaction removes negative feedback?
Hey guys quick question. I have had quite a few issues with competition purchasing items, not paying and leaving negative feedback. Which isn't a problem because I figured out how to get them removed.
My real question is, If I get a buyer to agree to a transaction cancelation, Would that remove the negative feedback they had left?
I believe this specific buyer doesn't speak any english so Ive been trying to communicate with a google translator.
Any info would be appreciated.
