buyer opened a case in paypal please advice

buyer opened a paypal case after the item was delivered. i checked royal mail website clearly shows item delivered with buyer surname printed, i escalate the case. wondeing in such situation will paypal decide in my faviour? thanks for advice

Assuming it was an INR (Item Not Received) case you should win it.

So long as the tracking number is uploaded then you should win this case.

But just to confirm, is this case for an item not received?

yes buyer opened item not received case. opened second day afte the item was delivered.

sometimes tracking isnt just enough, any paperwork makes your case more solid
