Stealth paypal, no limits?

Hello,
so, I have created another stealth paypal acc today. Confirmed bank account.
Then just for fun clicked on to verify my details...
And guess what... The account has been confirmed and limits got removed!
So can receive unlimited funds etc.. Happy days
Question is - as the limits have been removed, so I do assume all the stealth details belong to some one!
Is it still ok to use it?

What are the chances of someone creating a stealth persona and choosing address that all turns out to be a genuine person who is on the electoral register?

Sounds very unlikely to me.

I had some accounts last year, when confirming the details it'd come up with 2 messages.

1 that they couldn't confirm my details, and directly below it that they confirmed my information and limits have been removed.

All of those accounts were limited between £1600 and £1900 in transactions for the year.

Coincidence? I think not.

No one will ever understand paypal:D
Anyway i will try using this acc next week. Lets see how it goes
