Paying fees for lost stealth acc?

I have a stealth acc which the paypal got limited but ebay acc was still up and running. I now owe ebay sellers fees, as this is a stealth acc what's peoples opinions, should I pay them? Obviously if I am going to then I will send a postal/money order. Just wanted a few opinions before hand.

Use a VCC and pay them.

You used their services, pay their fees. Simple as that.

I wasn't sure if a VCC has to still be verified by ebay or do they just let you make the one time payment from it without any hassle?

eB loves money - they will take the VCC without issue

I personally do not agree with this behaviour.
As JamesNorth101 said, you used their servicies you should pay for it.
