Default Reloadable vs Non VCC for fees

Hey everyone im new here so bare with me, i know a vanilla visa is best for verification purposes but since they are not reloadable will you have to buy a new one every month to pay for fees? and if so will this raise red flags with PP or Ebay since youll be entering new info every month? Thanks in advance guys!

You can also pay fees with your paypal funds...not a big deal, I pay all my fees with paypal funds. Unless I know I won't have funds in paypal then I use a Vanilla Visa.

As far as reloadables go, they have to be registered in your real info including SSN so that's not going to work.

I always leave enough in the paypal to cover fees and a few returns just in case.
