Default Reloadable Obopay NO SS#

Has anyone used this service before? Its reloadable and doesn't ask for SSN# just BDay. Doesn't look like you can add money thru Paypal but you can use your Bank Account (free) or CC (2.5%), I think this would be good for Ebay and fees.

Plus low fees. Lower than Allaccess. Free activation and no monthly fee if money is loaded every month.

ebay can't see the SSN. The problem with reloadables is that they cost too much in fees vs nonreloadable.

You can add a bank account to your obopay account but do they verify the account like paypal and google or do you just add and they'll just accept it like bidpay?

Ok I just tried to sign up with the company. Their security just to sign up is ridiculous! You need to provid a name, address and dob of birth that they can verify thru public records. After you're successful you have the option of adding a bank or CC to fund the account and once you've done that they come up with multiple choice geography questions about your neighborhood you have to answer correctly. All this so you can accept up to $1200 a month and no more than $312 a week.

wow thats insane.

you have to enter your own real info, but when sending the card you can put whatever the hell info and address you want. so if you have a virtual office, u send to that with your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ persons info on it.

I think it's 2.5 percent but I wouldn't be concerned with their fees as they'll probably be out of business in 6 months.

A percent? Usually they have a load fee, reload fee, monthly fee, etc.
