How can you check what date you will get to sell more after reaching your limit?

Limits are reset at the start of the month

Limit increases come as and when they do

Yes - April 1st is about right.

If you have no issues, you should be OK.

You will be able to list upto 100 items depending on how many auctions you have are still running from the previous month.

If you have 50 auctions still active from the previous month, then you will only be able to list another 50 items, not another 100.

@gresty, if this is your only account, you may want to go slow. Limits can be increased naturally when you perform really good. Don't risk your account to go down the drain by finishing the limits in a short time. Make more accounts and the number of items you can sell will be history.
