Hi could someone advise me if i make a new stealth account etc ,
i have bought book and have everything ready to start.

i use the app to check sales etc on my old account ,

would i be able to download / use this on new account or can they pick this up ?

No. Avoid APP. Think of it like a plague. Really really need to avoid.
