my husband didn`t clean the cookies and history

hello there, my husband didn`t clean the cookies and history on his lap top before looking on ebay. he didn`t log in but ebay reconised him and all that is from new IP and internet provider. i was planning to make a new stealth account from the new IP. can i still use the IP and clean the cookies or it`s pointless to make the new account? any help will be much appreciated.

You will need a new IP and a new user account
