The only feasible way what you're explaining is possible is you somehow previously logged into an account B with information from account A.
I don't see how Windows can mistakingly mix up the information on its own without the user committing the error unknowingly.
Each Windows account has its own directory where cookies are kept. Whenever you load a user account, Windows loads it here...
C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\
It's impossible for Windows to make a mistake and load username A when it meant to load username B. You would have to have some serious registry errors or some sort of virus for this to take place.
