Do NOT add funds to Paypal from your bank account if it is stealth.

Paypal will see the real name on the account when the funds are received.

If you are wanting to buy something, use a loaded VCC or use the Paypal balance.

No, this can't be done with a stealth account.
If you need funds in your sealth PP you have to find other ways like a prepaid/gift card or selling stuff and getting money from it.
