Keep on listing, eventually it will get raised (hopefully)
Limits getting raised in 3 months happens a lot, but not all the time

Had one that sat at 10/1000 for a year. Just recently got them to 100/5000
No cases, all pos feedback as well. NADA Issues!
Patience.

Sometimes it's best to create an account sell the first item and than let it sit for 6-8 weeks and than come back and start selling
When I do the technique above I find I get limit raises and paypal holds released a lot sooner than if I work the account to death from opening

I got an acc that was 30/2000 and it sat there for a year before going 40/2200
It's annoying. Not to mention I did everything right so with this one I have no clue why

The accounts that I push to the limits from the start, I find take longer to grow, but the longest I had without an in titian increase was 5 months
Accounts that I make sell one item than forget about for a couple months, when I come back and start listing I get an increase many times right away

I generally let the account sit for a while, sell a few items then go back and limits raise quickly

How are your DSRs ? Sometimes you can have all positive feedbacks but with low DSR ratings, and DSRs are more important than the 100%
But if feedback is perfect and DSRs are near perfect you should be getting an increase soon
The longest I waited was one account and it took 5 months, on the beginning if the 6 th month is when it increased but it was only to 50/5000
Very strange considering I was selling same items as other accounts, but just another reason to make multiple accounts

I actually wouldnt be too worried. some accounts get switched real fast I had others, 5 to 6 month wait and boom giant increase. makes no sense but did eventually happen and I didnt even sell that much.
super weird how the systems work but based ON MY experience I wouldnt be worried at all. you have to be patient and you usually are rewarded.
there is no guarantee increases will happen at all but I started accounts at the same time and they had totally different increase times but both were huge!

My worst account so far is from 1/25/2014, and it is still 10/1000. I am hoping it blossoms within the next week.

The most this situation is, is an inconvenience. If you run 10 accounts at the same time, this scenario doesnt mean much. Thats 100/10,000 a month. Im sure more people are set with that. Just a lot of hoping around to do. Once they start maturing, its a comforting feeling. You can linger on those accounts longer than the others.
