same address all new details ?

hi
i have had an eb@y account closed by eb@y at my address in my name ....
but can i open another in a different family members name at this address the person lives here has a different surname with all new details etc including bank account he has never had an account with p@ypal or eb@y and none of his details have ever been used,
hope that all makes sense

any thoughts

Don't use the same address for at least 6 months. Even after that NEVER use the same surname.

Best to update your profile and add your country flag as well. It will allow members in future to give you the most relevant advice based on which country you are in.
