Postal address details - what can I use?

Hi folks

I am trying to set up both ebay and paypal stealth seller accounts. Please can anyone advise me what I can do about my address? I am opening a new bank account tomorrow with Santander but obviously the address will be my own. When opening the Paypal and eBay accounts what address details can I enter? My own address is linked to previous blocked accounts I have used so surely using my address will just lead to any new account getting suspended? What is the solution to this? Also regarding the phone verification which I guess is a whole other issue, how do Paypal know that the phone number you give them matches the address you register - or do they? Any assistance in these matters is greatly appreciated!

Address: If you can try to use a friend/family address. If not then just make on up. It need to be a place.

Phone: You can use a virtual phone number. Search good and you will find one.

The phone number doesn't need to match your address, just your area code. Try soho66.

You can use your real address details to register new accounts, I have been doing this for years. Everything else needs to be new though.
