Bank account and pre paid card confusion

Hi
I got the stealth guide
But when to came to the bank account and pre paid card was a bit confused

1 if I'm useing a diffrent name for my eBay and PayPal would I have to get a bank account in the name or my real name then add it to the PayPal with the diff tern name ?

2 what is a pre paid card and do you need both? And what is it for ?

1. ALWAYS open bank accounts in your REAL name. Add them to Paypal in your STEALTH name.

2. Not absolutely essential but best practice. A VCC "confirms" the address. This is done after the Paypal is verified with a bank account. Either sign up for Entropay or the quickest option is to purchase one here in the marketplace.
