Initial suspended with 154 feedback 98% with 2 negs which came within days of each other in the month we got suspended. Got the

MC008 SNPD NOTICE: Restricted Account -
They said acc would be suspended for 30 days and then reviewed and said we were in bottom 1 percent of ebay.
30 days later we get another email

How does this work?
The only thing i can think of is that:-
a)The 2 negs moved into the previous month so the average ebay uses to suspend us is based on 30 days or how could we be reinstated when our feedback is even lower?
b)The other thing is this could possibly be automated only.
Any ideas about how this could have happened? The Ebay feedback scores which we can see bear no relation to Ebays actions, so what data do ebay look at? It is not the 12 month feedback score according to our stats.
Was reinstated today!!! No logic to it though. Whats ur take on this?
