Default Quick Guide to Printing 100's of Address's off EB in Less than 2 Minutes

I remember asking this question a while ago on here with no answer of a quick method of printing 100's of labels quickly.

Anyway, I sell up to 25-200 of the same item per account per day. Copying and pasting addresses and marking items as despatched was taking a few hours per day until I worked out the following (many of you may know this, however, if you don't will save you lots of time).

1) Sign up for SELLING MANAGER on EB (free)

2) Once in Selling Manager, Click "Awaiting Postage" (assuming all items you have sold are the same) then select all > More options > Download

3) Addresses will download into CSV (Excel Spreadsheet) > Delete All columns bar name/address/city/postcode > Save this onto Desktop

NB - if you don't have labels, I have found best to buy Avery A4 sheets of labels which go through your printer (mine have 18 per sheet - code L7161)

4) Open a Word Document > Mailings > Start Mail Merge > Labels > SELECT Label template

5) Select START MAIL MERGE > Step 1 > Labels > Step 2 > Use the current Document > Step 3 > Browse Using Existing List (select your spreadsheet here) > Step 4 > Address Block > Match All Fields (match name and addresses here) > Click OK, then click "Update All labels" > Click "Complete Merge" and then print.

You can then go back into Selling Manager and mark all items as despatched.

This saved me a few hours last night, so thought I would spend a few minutes writing this guide.

Cheers
