That's possible.. if there is enough demand we can give it a try. The thing is most people are fine with the current forum chat we have.

It's not that just at times I wanna talk to some people and we do like 100+ email conversation! I hit the limit today and yesterday of 60 PM's.

So yeah if you had it. I would be used! How much demand we need? I'm kinda popular with the popular ones so they can also ask! lol. Just a mini chat with up to 5 or 10 people. cause what TGMT said not a lot would risk clicking on other websites unless it's youtube in that chat! lol

Such a proposal for sellers needs consideration

No seller should expect to talk to strangers about exchanging funds unless there is proof of such talk. Scenario is risky otherwise for both parties

A record would be needed Sellers may also not have time for chat as a means to make a deal

As an account seller, the PM facility is perfectly adequate. If I wanted to have more in depth conversations with customers I would use Skype or similar.
