I added three BOA My Checking or Core Checking whatever they call it now to 3 PayPal accounts this month
So the Basic Checking accounts are working with a functional PayPal account, I haven't used any other type accounts from BOA this month

Some BOA accounts are payoneer like post above says. Happened to me and I had to close those 2 accounts with BOA and open new ones which worked fine.
