Any VCC for ebay sellers?

when you list your first item etc, ebay sometimes requires you to put a credit card on file for monthly seller deduction fees or for reimbursement fees to buyers.

I have tried entropay and have been suspended for many times. Anyone know which is a reliable VCC I can use for this? Thank you.
