I will run for the hills if im asking a question that i should already know.
As far as i was aware, Lloyds and TSB are the same banking group and therefore should be avoided.
And.....Halifax and BOS part of the same banking group and are.great for stealth.
Have just cleared a phone and have just downloaded the BOS app again and underneath the BOS sign it say...lloyds banking PLC.
Have i fell asleep somewhere along the line as i didnt think that BOS wad part of Lloyds?

I haven't had good experiences with Halifax at all, all down to how each individual finds them but Halifax are clamping down on mismatch names - that's my theory anyway.

The forum says to stay away from LLoyds but i havent had problems with them, Halifax, Barclays or NatWest.
I had issues with RBS but still use them fine to this day.

So why is it advised to stay away from TSB and Lloyds but not halifax or BOS.
Thanks Callidus
BOS is RBS or Royal Bank of Scotland to give them their full name and they own Natwest as well and Halifax, UK is so tiny it is very easy for the main players in the banking world to have much closer links than many people realise!
Bank Of Scotland is part of the Lloyds Banking Group. Its made up of TSB, LLoyds, Halifax and BOS
Royal Bank Of Scotland is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Its made up of Natwest, Ulster, RBS and a few others.
