Why is it that right after a sell there is not a cancel transaction option?.

Even if the buyer request it?. If They are refunded immediately is the transaction considered canceled. Or is there a grace period of some kind?. If anyone knows. Thanks.

Through eBay? There is a cancellation feature that lets you send a cancel request to the buyer. Once they accept the order is fully cancelled.
