Default I need the template to send to paypal executive email

Does anyone have the UK template?

Paypal are never true to their word as they told me on the phone a month ago I can receive my money in 45 days. I waited patiently for 45 days for them to tell me today in a phone call conversation that I have to wait a *couple* of months.
I could not comply with that. Of course, I immediately ended the call after hearing that rubbish.

Thanks in advance.

Call back a couple of times and speak with different agents, see what the outcome is.

Getting a rep that has some sort of clue does always help.

I don't think that will work and I really don't want to talk them ever again unless I have to.

Plus, paypal keep sending emails which contradict the emails they sent before and they will most likely look at latest email.

Paypal sending emails where they constantly contradict what they have said previously, they certainly do! I have had several until I started pointing that fact out to them, then they went quiet!

What will you do when paypal decide to hold your funds and not release them?

Be circumspect about pushing paypal when they hold your funds.

Bear in mind you agreed to their T&S when you joined.

They can reserve the right to deprive you of everything.

Consider the advice from Callidus at the very least.

I've heard about people who took quick action by sending an email to an executive email address and their funds were released in a few hours.

I'm sorry but I'm not in a position were it is "safe" for me to take your advice or Callidus' advice.

I only just need what was requested in the title.

If sending demanding emails worked, don't you think everyone who has ever been suspended would do it?

Do you think you are the only person who has ever thought to send a clever email with some baseless, nonsensical threats that completely negate the TOS you agreed to?

Contact a lawyer, pay them to write a threatening email that makes you feel good about yourself and be sure to update us when it fails and you have lost even more money.

What advice do you have in mind? If you don't have any then your comment is as good as nothing.

I took this advice and outcome became worse. They said the email they sent me was a mistake, so they kept me waiting for 45 days.

To be honest, I had too many beers last night, I cannot be doing with know-it-alls and to be honest it was the best play. Regardless of the fact of what they said, you NEEDED to find out what they were planning, even if you didn't call you probably wouldn't of seen your money, calling was the best option to see what they had in store for you.

Unfortunately you lose.

How old are you now, OP? Not yet 19?

It's about time you started to understand that people give you advice based on their experiences in a field for far longer than you have been around.

They are not trying to deprive you of your demands. Rather attempting to help you appreciate what chances and risks happen.

For you to say you took their word show your lack of understanding them to a great degree. There are enough posts around that express the opinion paypal lie. Your own experiences with your 1st resotred account should have given you some understanding. You appreared to believe, and sincerely, you could have another account and never be limited. ALthough you have not indicated I geel you are fighting for this 2nd account.

This was going to be a rarity if that happened.

It seems apparent it did not.

Why not just wait the full 180 days OP at this point since the 45 days have past.

If the advice I'm receiving is not going to help me with this issue then I really don't need to hear it.

As I said before comments like this is as good as nothing.

I owe ebay something but if I have no success then that is my only option.

Anyway, can a mod close this thread. Someone who has had success in a situation like this gave me the template.

I got what I need.

If you owe eB money, pay off with a VCC or gift credit card.
