Amazon said it doesn't recognize my device after doing using ccleaner.
I used ccleaner to my computer just to see how it works and changed my IP, then tried to log in into my suspended account to find my tax inf. for some reason it said that they don't recognize this device and wants me to log in using another device I have used before or confirm my identity by answering 2 questions.
I then tried to log in to a buyer acc. I have but I didn't have any problem to log in. It is just with the seller account. I don't intent to use this computer for any new acc. but I found this strange with the seller account. Any ideas about why this happened?

It happened because you cleared all your Browser's Cookies and any other saved Data that allows Amazon to see you as the owner of the account so as a precaution they have given you a couple options
This happened to me a couple months ago, I was able to receive a text from the phone I had on file and than was able to log in
