How safe is this and if caught would they just remove the listing or straight up ban me like the a holes they normally Are honestly. The purpose is so I can lower my selling fees

Quite an unsafe category. Could get limited straight away or coukd just be cautioned. Its risky risky business electronics.

First time you generally get a warning

Second time they will be much firmer.

eBay can sometimes be very firm from the off set though, its pretty hard to say which mood you will catch them in.
