Entropay is the most commonly used and easiest to get.

Virtual.

You can load them with your debit card/credit card and then use them on PayPal to pay fees or buy items.

They cannot be funded by PayPal

I think you misunderstand my query

I have a Paypal prepaid mastercard which is an actual card is can use in shops.

I want to see what other companies offer a prepaid card that I can load with money from paypal and use in a shop like a normal card

Do you mean like a prepaid bank account?

Add it to PayPal then withdraw to it?

he is asking what prepaid card can be used on paypal and withdrawn to in shops, so ones that come with an 8 digit account number.

Ones like cash plus used to work and still might, seen reports on here that they are working for some people, As of now I don't know any but not been trying any
