You will firstly need a UK IP address.
You can just use a UK Entropay for the VCC.
HSBC, Halifax, Natwest, RBS are 4 pretty big banks in the UK. HSBC may be your best option as its international.

HSBC may ask for a minimum deposit to open an account. Be aware of that.

Read the user agreement. PayPal are in bed with HSBC, I would avoid them solely for this reason really, who knows what they will end up sharing.

Never had any issues with HSBC and I have been using them for stealth for years.
