Account suspended but items to send

My account has been suspended due to a chargeback I didn't agree with not being paid. I have 10 items worth £60 each that I need to send out but cant get the addresses. Ebay say I cant have the addresses unless I pay the £450 chargeback. catch 22 situation? What happens if I cant send them. Will they prosecute me for not sending? I have recorded the ebay chat where they said I cant have the addresses unless I pay the £450 which I don't agree with and cant pay.

Use the email payment notice/receipt from PayPal.

My advice? Don't send them the items, and just let them open a case against you and get their money back. Take your business elsewhere. You're already going to loose the account if you don't pay the £450 chargeback, so why be more out of pocket to please people when you won't get the money yourself?
