Best way to contact paypal?

hey guys so im contesting my 180 day hold on my funds since my account has all positive feedback for all transactions

Are there any paypal email addresses people have used in the past that have maybe worked or they got a reply from?

Having all positive feedbacks means nothing to paypal. That is not grounds for appeal.
Someone posted a template that could be of use to you in this case. I don't have it myself but you can either search for it on similar threads of perhaps someone can post the link to that thread here.

Hate to say it but its not going to do you much good.

Lots of email addresses for PayPal knocking about if you use the search though

The template that was on here was pretty much junk, I feel the users funds where released for a combination of reasons, more so the activity on the account, rather than that template. But give it go, I imagine PayPal have recieved that template so many times now they will have it on the wall with some tinsel over it in the 'back room' office they like to call it!

Be careful with using those email addresses, most don't work, and one or two go through to departments you really don't want them too. Been there, done that, wore the t shirt and paid the price lol
