New IP Address For UK People

Alright guys

Just brought the stealth guide and reading through... I am presuming if I buy an eBay Stealth Account of here I still need to have new IP addresses. (It doesn't come with any??) I am wondering what's the best option for UK based people..

I don't think I can use a VPS sever, because that's just for USA...

You can use a UK VPN, a dongle, home internet connection (if its dynamic) or phone tethering. Really which ever works best for you

I use a Huawei Mifi like this > Three Huawei E5330 Mobile Wi-Fi with 1GB Data - Ebuyer

Then I get a SIM only data card replacement on eBay for around £22 for 3 months worth of use. You get 1 GB of data free with that one above, so that'll get you started at least.
