Default Paypal acct closed for NO reason

I have been a member on EB and PP since 1999. Had 1900 100% all positive feedbacks, Top Rated seller, all was good with EB. I got an email from PP saying they were investigating my acct due to suspicious activity yet I owed nobody and never had a case against me. They've now closed it for good but have yet to tell me why ? EB says my acct with them is good but wants email from PP stating my acct there is re-opened . HELP !!!!

Have you tried calling paypal? if so what exactly did they tell you?
I assume the account is NOT a stealth account? meaning you can provide any and all documentation they will ask for?

paypal always have a reason.

The account holder may never understand why.

Have you any idea? Claims, chargebacks, nasty things happening?

Did you go away and use another computer?

Go over everthing for clues and get back to us with what you now think.

lol i cant believe a acc from 99 would be flagged , who knows maybe someone tried to hack your account , call them and let us know . where you selling an item and best prices or high sell rate , i suspect paypal delete accounts that gives them competition on products their family members sell .

Welcome to the forums. There might be more info missing. Why is eb asking for pp e-mail? You can pay eB fees with a vcc while you figure out your pp. What have you been doing with pp - transfers to other accounts? False tracking? Big amounts? Vero sales? Lot of info missing.

PP accounts go down all the time regardless of age... We need more info to make a judgement call.

Tip: Don't write stuff like "HELP !!" - this forum is for stealth learning - we need more info to assist you.

Thanks so much for all your posts. I had an ebay store and kept around 600 items listed at BIN prices....all sports cards and memorabilia. I list a few cards occasionally auction style and stat them at $.99 and let them go. I had bought a large collection of Autographed cards most with COA's or authenticted on the back of the card. I had received a MC999 for 3 cards all on one violation for no reason (they had legit COA's). I contacted ebay to appeal this but due to my wife being hospitalized and terminally ill I my time was limited and I just let it go and took the 7 day suspension. But 3 weeks had passed and I was fine with ebay. As I said I owed nobody , kept $500+ in acct all the time , I did make a payment to someone in Australia for $900 I had to open a case against and he didn't fight it so PP had to pay me which was the only case I ever had against someone ?
When I contacted PP they said it had something to do with a COA on a card I either had for sale or sold but would not give me any more info. They suggested I send scans to stopfraud@ebay.com of the cards I had sold recently with COA's which I did. The agents kept telling me they were appealing the case and I would hear from them via phone within 72 hours....they never contacted me even after I contacted them at least 12 times and told them I haven't heard back. I did have problems with my CPU during that period and was told by a computer tech it was corrupted and I had to upgrade to windows 8.1. Also I did have a couple of competitors making false allegations against me to ebay but it was Paypal that started all this.....EB didn't close my account until PP refused to pay them my monthly fees which they simply got from my back-up payment account. I hope I answered all your questions and am extremely grateful or all your help.

Sorry to read of your family issues.

What you have explained does ring a bell with me about how paypal acts. too often a seller is guilty without their caring there is a chance of innocence. Your area of sales is also one of risk: not just from the items but wanna be sellers, ie competitiors.

Need to ask another question....

Is this your real info?

This is how it all starts. Sad story. As I understand, this is your real account. Try to contact them again, and I suggest that you may try to be a bit offensive, ask for a higher manager, as EB/PP first level support can barely solve primitive tasks, not to mention something tricky. Too bad you ignored MC999 letters. Have you tried to contact the VeRO agent directly? Their contact is included in the MC letter you've received.
